The description of extended bodies processes in special relativity is far from simple [1] (special relativity is a local theory [2], pp.188-189, work must be performed at the same point where it is transformed into kinetic or elastic energy) and relativistic dynamics is built upon a weaker empirical foundation than relativistic kinematics [3]. Given a well understood process in classical physics, its relativistic analysis sometimes produces a description that is considered a ‘paradox’. What usually happens is that an appropriate relativistic formalism is not used to analyse the process. Relativistic lever paradox. A rotation topic that has attracted physicistʼs attention, generating controversy, has been the so-called ‘relativistic lever paradox’ [4]. This paradox is related to the Lewis-Tolmanʼs explanation [5] (see below) for the null result of the Trouton and Noble experiment [6]……
