To analyze phenomena of the rotational dynamics of the rotation matrix equation is postulated and, from it, the equation of angular momentum-change of angular momentum (rotation equivalent to the equation of Newton’s Second Law in translation) is obtained. The integration of this equation allows to obtain the corresponding equation of the kinetic energy of rotation (rotation equivalent to the equation of the center-of-mass motion). When dissipative forces are included or when the production processes of mechanical energy into rotation, this rotational formalism must be completed with the matrix equation of energy, which will include internal energy of the system as the kinetic energy of rotation and for describing thermal effects occurring.
